"The mission of the Church is to glorify God by exalting the Savior through authentic worship and spiritual fellowship, by equipping the saints through biblical discipleship and servant ministry, and by evangelizing the sinner through passionate evangelism and worldwide missions."

Exalting the Savior

Authentic Worship: "True worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth" (John 4:23). Being authentic requires sincerity before God in acknowledging who we are and who we are not as we approach Him in worship. It also requires our worship to be conformed to and regulated by God's revealed truth. Since authentic worship is about what God receives rather than what we like, it fosters a humility that refuses to allow individual preferences to undermine corporate expressions of worship.

Spiritual Fellowship: "I do not ask on behalf of these alone, but for those also who believe in Me through their word; that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me" (John 17:20-21). Christian Fellowship is more than merely spending time with each other; it involves sharing our lives together under the Lordship of Christ. In the unity of the Spirit, we gladly accept the responsibility to encourage one another and bear each other's burdens as a spiritual family.

Equipping the Saints

Biblical Discipleship: "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free" (John 8:31-32). Discipleship cannot exist without discipline. In order to grow in our faith as followers of Christ, we are committed to disciplining our lives by the Word of God. As the Word is carefully studied and applied it both forms and corrects us. We make teaching the Bible a high priority in the church and are fully committed to both the authority and sufficiency of scripture.

Servant Ministry: "If anyone serves Me, he must follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also; if anyone serves Me, the Father will honor him (John 12:26). The equipping of the saints is "for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ" according to Ephesians 4:12. With Christ himself as our example, we are committed to ministering to the diverse needs of our members and community. The Gospel is adorned by the practical application of our faith in servant ministry.

Evangelizing the Sinner

Passionate Evangelism: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me" (John 14:6). It is both our privilege and urgent responsibility to share the saving message of Jesus Christ. We proclaim the exclusivity of Christ as Lord, affirm the obligation of everyone to repent and believe the gospel, and call on everyone we have opportunity to evangelize to do so immediately. Our aim in evangelism is to make disciples who will be baptized and incorporated into the church.

Worldwide Missions: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Our evangelistic concern is not limited to our immediate geographical community only; it extends to all the world. We are committed to spreading the gospel around the world by cooperating with other churches in supporting our missionaries and in advancing the Kingdom of Christ.
